Rectification column is intended to separate the product into fractions depending on their boiling points. The oil and oil-like hydrocarbon mixtures, large fractions which are not aggressive to the carbon steels (pyrolysis oils, glycerin etc) can be used as the raw materials for processing by the rectifying column.

The productivity of the column is 4 tons a day. As a result of the separation pyrolysis oil by the rectifying column the following ratio between the received fractions is observed:
1. Petrol (gasoline). Mass fraction - 40%. Provided that the high octane components (aniline derivatives) would be added to petrol, octane number of fuel is from 100 that allows to use it like a fuel for internal combustion engines.
2. Diesel. Mass fraction- 30%.
3. Bitumen. Mass fraction- 30%. Can be used for the roads covering.
