Working Principal
Compact non-pressurized solar water system of all-glass evacuated tubular collector integrated with storage tank, are ideal for use in small units, houses and other applications where cheap, reliable hot water supply is required. Simple, economic and practical.
As we know the specific gravities of hot water and cold water are different, cold water goes downward and hot water goes upward.
When cold water in vacuum tubes is heated it become lighter and flows to the water tank while cold water in the tank goes down to the vacuum tubes. With this circulates the cold water in water tank will be hotter and hotter.

Pressurized compact solar water heater
Working principle
The heat pipe is hollow with the space inside evacuated,
much the same as the solar tube. Inside the heat pipe is
a small quantity of the purified water and some special
additives. The heat pipe used in Yabang solar collectors
have a boiling point of low temperature .so when the
heat pipe is heated pipe the water rapidly vaporizes .
this vapor rises to the top of the heat pipe transferring
heat .As the heat is lost at the (top ), the vapor condenses
to form a liquid (water )and returns to the bottom of the heat pipe to once again repeat the process .

Operational principle
Evacuated tubes convert solar energy into heat energy
and transfer to U metal tube by aluminum fin. The
liquid (water or anti-freeing liquid) in the metal tube
has been heated up by the solar radiance and conduct
the heat energy to the water inside the storage tank. The
collector can be in service all year round even in cold
climate areas in combination with the fossil fuel or
electricity.
